1. About AAJ Foods
AAJ Foods is a Mumbai-based food manufacturer and exporter, supplying namkeen, chips, chikki, Karachi-style bakery items and ready-to-eat meals to distributors, wholesalers and importers worldwide.
2. Inquiries and Orders
An inquiry is not a confirmed order. An order is binding only after we issue a written confirmation or proforma invoice, and payment terms are agreed in writing before dispatch.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms and timelines are as per the order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather or other events beyond our control.
4. Quality, Claims and Returns
Please inspect goods on receipt and report any damage or shortage to sales@aajfoods.co within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
